Anyone know why i get that when i try to go through the link in my email to a thread. Doesn't happen all the time? And i am signed in.

Try to delete your existing cookies they may still have a session open from a prior visit to the site. This prior visit will have logged you out and may be causing this error. Which browser are you using, Internet Explorer?
