right i thought they way to post em on message boards was to put [yt] then the url then [/yt] but it doesnt work , anyone help me with this please?

No mate, just post the link. Bandwidth would dissapear like a shot, and I'm not too sure if PhPBB boards allow you to embed ANY videos.

I've seen a few that do it but fair do's with regards to the bandwith
