The lads only 10 years old when he said it, doubt he was giving a full breakdown of mario as a person but as a footballer he would look up to.
As for me saying he's spot on, at a footballing level his attitude was bad, as the young blues obvioulsy noticed.
As a person I have no issue with Balo from what I heard at the time or since about him as a person.

Ballotelli was the ultimate wasted talent. All the ability on the world but a disciplinary disaster.
He won four championships (3 with Inter and 1 with City) before he was 22. he starred for Italy in tournaments.
He drifted down from City to Milan and then Liverpool before a spell in France. Then back to Italy and even to Serie B before a move to Turkey.
