For example, any poster who uses text speak gets 6 of the best on the arse from a qualified and powerful moderator, with fire in their belly, and a hatred for low class slang speak. If they don’t comply, their IP Point is noted, and they are exiled to an interplanetary satellite forever, never to see our beloved Man City again. That should stop them from chatting shit. ;-)

I think locking them up would be a bit extreme (especially considering how much it costs), maybe just directed to sites that specialise in the "Little Winky man"
