Young starting 11?

I feel as if our squad is lowkey really young, especially our attackers

If we look at our squad, and organize it from people who are 27 or below and considered starter level (since that means they have 3-6 years at their level left, if they are 27, imo, possibly more for someone like Fernandinho or silva. Starter level doesent necessarily mean starter for us, it means if they start there isn't a noticeable dropoff, or it's possible for them to start for regular games)

--------------------Ederson (24)
Mendy-(23)--(Djik?)---Stones (23)--Walker(27) -------------------------(blank)----------------------
--------(Diaz/Foden?)-------De bruyne (26)
Sane (21) ----------------------------Sterling (23)
----------------------Jesus (20)

The three blanks are obviously otamendi/kompany, fernandinho, and Silva (mangala aint starter level)

Assuming their development continues, either diaz or foden could possibly fill that role. They already seem to be PL level players at their young age, and when they fill out and get experience could be world class one day for sure. But with the others all being first name on the sheet level, which one of them will make the cut? My money's on Diaz personally, I feel he's more similar to Silva in terms of just touch and feel, and I think with a years worth of experience he could already be someone who could make our starting eleven, his touch is on the same level as most of our front 5, but foden is obviously also ridiculously talented, better rated by most I would think

Centerback, we seem to be going for djik, whose 26

So only Fernandinho' spot would be i filled by then.

This leads us to something interesting Imo. Out of these players, Ederson, stones, mendy, sane, Jesus, and sterling are all 24 or under, (with the sole 24 year old being ederson, our goalkeeper, which typically is a position with longer careers) and I can't see anyone of them demanding a transfer away from pep

Essentially, all of them can still improve immensely.

De bruyne is the best player in the country, who literally just started his prime, while walker is an amazing rb for us as well, who has just started his prime after joining us.

With guardiola seeming like he's gonna stay for at least 5-10 years in total, he's done someting I feel like hasn't been fully appreciated

He's legitimately built a European force Witt most of his core as young players with room for improvement

Where do you think the squad will go from here? Would you put brahim or foden in the place of the blank space next to de bruyne? Or is it too early to say one of them will make the team?

How will we replace Fernandinho when he starts to decline? Is the improved delph the answer?

Assuming improvement does happen, how good will we be once our "dynasty" reaches its prime? In 2-3 years time, nearly every player will be peaking or in their prime. How good will we be then?

Question is... is it possible to build a genuinely world-class side without a mix of youth and experience? Maybe, but I feel like some older players are a big help, especially in the defensive unit.

Also, I don't think it would be smart or fair to promote either Foden or Díaz to a starting role just yet. Both are undeniably talented but as other fans are learning (Rashford at United, Winks at Tottenham, most of Everton's first team) there is an inherent unpredictability and inconsistency that comes with young players, and that isn't a problem. We need to give them 1-2 more seasons after this one of increasingly regular gametime before we start them in the big games.
