‘Your enquiry for seats currently cannot be fulfilled’ does anyone else get this when purchasing tickets online? Happens to me almost every time and the ticket office have no idea why. As soon as I select a tier and block and click the find seats option the messages comes up and stops me buying.

Not that much of a problem when in UK as I just call customer services albeit have a bit of a wait sometime but I’m abroad quite a bit and then it’s a major headache. Ticket office say they are not aware of anyone else with that issue but I don’t see why it would only affect me. I have the same issue even using different PC’s

Had exactly same problem when I logged to buy Chelsea tickets on first day of sale. Must have tried about half a dozen times before I gave up & telephoned the ticket office line.
They could not tell me why it was happening, they asked if I was using an iPad to purchase, but I was already aware that they don't work so was using home computer.
To give them their due they transferred me to customer services who processed the sale for me without charging the telephone booking fee.

Have you tried different browsers? IE is still the most compatible if it's a recent version, v11?.

I've had problems with the online ticket site for over a month. I went down to the ticket office in person in the end because i couldn't get a ticket for Everton online and i told them about the problems with the site then (that was just before Christmas) but it appears the problems are still persisting as i couldn't book a ticket for that EDS game v Shalke before the Arsenal game on there.

The club do know, or should do because i did tell them, but how far on they are with sorting i don't know.

It happened to me several times on Monday
I needed up phoning them up as it also said I'd used up my allocation even though I hadn't made a purchase

They said they'd sell them over the phone then wanted the £2.50 booking fee per person, soft twats
It is their error so why do I have to pay for it

There have been several issues with the ticketing site and things are slowly deteriorating although .city seem diffident to this

Eg
1. The number in the allocation won't change to one from zero if you are on a mobile, then this also became true of my iPad.
When I contacted them on their twitter account they said "use a computer". Fucking idiots if I was on a computer I wouldn't be using my fucking iPad, but as I was on the move I needed mobile access.

2. The credit card details have to be I put in every single time. Even though it is already in card management and has worked previously.

3. If you tell it to use a previously saved card it asks you to input your customer number and password again. fair enough except it then tells you your fucking password is incorrect. Then you go back to the beginning and put your details in, again.

4. After putting in you details you are asked if you wish to save the card.
Even if you tick it, which I have done every time, it still isn't registered next time you buy tickets.

And MCFCGeeks couldn't give a shit.
I they wonder why people have to give up using the site.

Not being able to use a mobile is a pain in the arse and shoukd be something they need to eork on. I can't use a work computer to buy tickets nor do I have the time to wait in a queue to be answered. I used to be able to use my iphone to buy tickets but not for a while. Last year when the first day of the sale of C1C final tickets for my loyalty points was the Saturday I was driving to Norwich for the away gane there and had to leave home well before 9am to get there on time. No chance of going on a computer then or wait ages on the phone at a service station. Lots of other readons why others can't go on a computer ir phone up but could use IOS. Don't know if android wirks or not.

Yep I had similar issues
In work it was straight forward, but if I was on the move or on holiday I would order them on my mobile.
Then my mobile stopped working so used my iPad. That stopped working about two months ago and the MCFCGeeks reply was a fucking joke.
My windows phone works!
But mobile sales have to be the way forward surely?

^You'd think so wouldn't you? So many people now only use phones or tablets, and people may be on the move or out of town with work. Where i work we're scrapping our laptops for iPads and if that or my phone are the only methods i have on a particular day to get a ticket, especially for an away game or a cup final, i could miss out on a ticket for that particular match because i didn't have access to a computer or the time to spend on the phone to them.
