When I was a teenager.. One of my favorite things to do was get out early and head home in order to catch the afternoon rerun of the Rockford Files. 25 plus years on that is still my favorite show of all time.

Ah the theme tune to the local radio football show on Saturdays back in the day.

Can't remember if it was Pic 261 or GMR.

When I was growing up in the 80's, almost every U.S. sports show (post match) used the Average White Band's "Pick Up The Pieces" as the theme. I always wanted to ask Alan Gorrie or Hamish Stuart if they ever saw any money from the use of the song.
