That ship sailed months ago when the government agreed with the likes of Dominic Cummings and no lives mattered.
But if as we are being lead to believe the vaccines are a matter of weeks away for the most at risk, then we should lock the fucking lot down until January. Bollocks to Christmas you can have another one next fucking year. Its clear to me that this second wave is going to wreak havoc if left unchecked. It is also clear that those who think these half measures that are causing outrage confusion and misunderstanding are going to have much effect are a minority.
If the vaccines are not imminent then I think we have a very serious problem indeed that will only get worse until the weather improves in the Spring.

The pub on Saturday was awful. I had to wait to be seated alone and sit a table away from any of my mates. We had to sort of shout at each other and watch football.
As I'm in the East End then I want to go out for West Ham Away on Saturday. The atmosphere will be shocking when we usually have a good laugh.

The government grow some balls and stop pissing around. Either lock us down properly, or just let everyone crack on and the weak/unfortunate will die.
is any other country in Europe adopting those approaches ?
