This is what I'd do
Nr= not registering(doesn't need to be to play)

Boyata and guidetti may not be good enough for us, but as club homegrown players they're taking places not many people could take so will have to do for backup. Sagna looks likely to be joining but I've put Richards in instead of him as another club homegrown player. Kolarov isn't in this squad although I see him as our best left back as I don't feel he's that effective against top teams so we could use him in the premier league then clichy in the champions league as he's homegrown,Mangala/rekikcan also cover in lb. jovetic also not in the squad as I think with his injury record he could be a waste of a foreign spot with them being at such a premium so if he's out the squad he won't need to travel as much and can work on his fitness more(could be a blessing for him and could then see him firing in the league).
Could be a blessing for players like huws and lopes aswell as they're more likely to get a chance with a small squad. Garcia out the squad despite his great recent form as it was just a straight pick between him and Fernando and Fernando is probably better.

Those rules don't apply to us next season as we are Manchester City aka the traditional top 4's worst nightmare. We have different rules from the rest of the clubs.
