1- If the pics are on your PC then go to <a class="postlink" href="http://imageshack.us/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://imageshack.us/</a>

2 - Click the 'browse' button, then locate the pictures and and select them one at a time

3 - Click the 'upload now' button and you should get a direct link for each image

4 - Copy and paste the direct link for the image you want to show us on here, then highlight the link and press the 'Img' button (same as you would do for highlighting text and clicking the bold button, to embolden your text).
