is all this money going to harm our youth academy?

i took pride in our youth academy, and seeing youngsters come through to the 1st team and make a big impression

what will happen all our quality LOCAL youngsters from now on?

obviously the flow of kids will stop .there is also another sticking point apparently the kids they want to keep are being offered rubbish deals and also mcfc are offering kids the worst money in the premier league not sure why but there must be something behind it.under wardle they were offered more money
doesnt make sense to me

The bar has been raised at academy in the search for year on year success.Although there are some local lads like Kieron Trippier ,Ahmed Benali and Chris Chantler there is becoming a higher proportion of foreign lads at academy level.

I dont think you will see too many local lads get through unless they are outstanding.
