This doesn’t seem like Conte is going for top 4, this looks like a title charge. Spurs also after a Striker , CB, RWB and creative midfielder. Levy is apparently letting Conte just pick who he wants also just been linked with Raphinha

Any footballer who commits any crime will be considered a Manchester City player whether or not he played a year or 20 years ago.

If we are going to go down the road of signing or not signing a player based on allegations then we would be in for a long ride, most if not all players have one allegation of some kind of misconduct. He’s under investigation but hasn’t been charged so there are no legal grounds to stop him leaving the country. Don’t know why you’re being so weird about this

He signed a 6 year deal. Unfortunately, his contract expires in June of 2023.
