For what its worth - Micah at his best is better than Zab at his best - Micah is more dynamic - powerful and far more direct - however Zab is much much more consistent and tends not to make as many royal cock ups - difficult really - would swop neither as think they are both quality

It's a bollocks idea mate. Not a cat in hell's chance.

Not drop Clichy, but keep the RB that can play on the left (if either can) as a fresh pair of legs on the bench to bring on (on either side) on 60 minutes to give us a bit extra.

Zab's played LB for us before, predominantly right footed though.

As Warren Clarke (was he sober or what?) told anyboby who would care to listen on Monday night, Zaba is the unsung hero of MCFC. Gives 100% everytime, never complains and, on top of that, is a bloody good footballer.

If we win the League, Zaba will deserve his medal and, as City fans, we should be forever grateful.

I think Mancini is doing something he should have done about 5/6 games earlier and that's finding a winning starting 11 and sticking with it. Once we were out of the cups this is the way we should have gone. Some of the regulars won't like it but Zabba has been excellent and there is no reason at all to change the team. Richards has had a brilliant season and again has come on in leaps and bounds but for now he has to sit on the bench with Johnson, Dzeko, Kolarov, Kolo, Balo etc etc

Rotation is the best way to go! when everyone in the team can play with everyone, thats when you win titles. You cant have success in modern day football with out a large squad and rotation in my opinion. Barca is the exception

richards is more superior, however zabba is also class and has been in exellent FORM and therefore zab will finish the season starting however id be very suirprised if micah wasnt number one at the start of next season. both top quality options though and thats what matters, both will get games.

2 great footballers, both have different styles but both do a perfect job for us at right back, just wish all positions on the pitch had such equal and great pairings, furthermore neither gives any shit if they are not picked. Looks at left back spot in particular. :-)

I wouldnt be surprised if Mancini makes a couple of changes, just to take Newcastle by surprise and add a bit of freshness.

Richards was excellent in the home game, really got amongst them. Zabaleta has had some brilliant games but this might be a case of horses for courses.

There is nothing wrong in Micah Richard's abilty, but what I have observed there is a bit of a phyisical problem with Micah.

No he hasn't. The reason he gets games is because he is sometimes the better option and is pretty reliable. Micah is also the odd game out with injuries.

Kola would also play more....but he is so much worse than Clichy.
