Did well on his debut. Some good sweeping up and accurate passes, short and long.

Only got 1 pass wrong all game (I think it was a real long one to Torres). Found Mendy every time.

Only had 1 piece of goalkeeping to do and he did it, which is good.

Was pinging it all over the place with ease.

More than once did I think he was booting it long and away only for the ball to fall perfectly to our player.

Shot out of the box to sweep up well for that great chance Bournemouth had.

He has an excellent build for a modern goalkeeper. Good height, powerful, quick, agile. Very respectable debut

Thought I'd see more praise for our young American! He's no Ederson obviously but as far as second choice keepers go I thought he was excellent. Distribution was really good, and did very well to sweep up the Bournemouth chance towards the end. Was also impressed by how vocal he was. Basically all you can ask for in a backup.

Had very little to do. Looks good with his feet and made one brilliant interception/tackle. No chance for the goal. Certainly looks a very capable no2
