He's not really a left back though is he. he's a decent squad player who did well for us last season. He'll only improve with age and experience.
Exactly, so why keep him when we're bringing in Jorginho and Mahrez and he takes up a foreign spot as well?

This was going to be my next question....could Zinchenko be going to free up a foreign spot for Mahrez? Do we still need to drop one to get both Jorginho and Mahrez signed this summer? cheers
 
type of player, with game time in the right position, could turn out brilliant. He won't get that here, £16m is a very decent fee. Hopefully a buy-back of £40m or so just in case.

I'm going to say yes.
You're not taking the full facts into account tbf. He was behind Silva, De Bruyne, Gundogan, Dinho, Diaz and Foden for attacking midfield as well.
