SDLP will also stand & at the last general election a Tory "sort of" stood, from memory he was a London based Seikh who I don't believe had ever even visited the constituency, zero campaigning (don't think they even printed leaflets, certainly no door knocking), the green party might stand, and the Workers party might field a candidate, but it will be a contest to see who hates themmuns the most on both sidesInteresting point, have you only got the Unionists and Sinn Fein? If so, this election sort of leaves you
with no credible choices, unlike Scotland, which although dominated by the SNP, you can vote Labour/Conservative.
They don't have to vote Tory.
But the welfare state is in place and the top earners are still receiving less than half of their pay at the end of the month. Which is far more than fair.
You act as if the Tories don't take any tax from those earning £50k plus.
not when adjusted for inflation and population growthAll at record levels no?
So what is your point then?I am well aware that those who earn over £50,000 get taxed as I am one of them.
Can sometimes be lower.Thats assuming that its all declared as salary, which is unlikely and the taxes on other forms of income are lower
