If I was a fan of one of the clubs (we all know who they are) that are behind all this, I would be sitting a bit uncomfortably tonight. If City take this to the very top, they could well be implicated and may well ultimately find themselves in a stickier situation than City do at this moment on time. CAS is Swiss. It only applies if they really mess things up, then it can go to a higher cout. A bit like appeal by way of case stated goes to the Queen's Bench Division here (but rarely) as the closest example.
