Yep. They chased Sancho for two years only to bench him when a new shiny toy came along. They've gone from being "favourites for the title" according to some pundits to just about staying in touch for 4th and just about getting beyond a pretty weak Champions League group that they should have sailed through. They were turning into a good team last season and the additions of Sancho and Varane nearly completed them - now they're playing garbage football and only seem to win games when Ronaldo pops up in the last minute.
