After United were wrongly placed in the Villareal pot they were 1 United ball short so they had to be left out of 1 of the pots so when he said "United cannot be placed because they have just been drawn" that is what he meant?

The little fellow on the left drew out the Villareal ball, immediately stated that they can be paired against all the other 7 .Why was he not pulled up there, as immediately rags came out he said not possible.

No, they do it in public for transparency, and thats never needed more than in the case of a redraw.

They should take all of them out and start again. From what I could see, they'll have enough 'Manchester City' balls in our pot to cover all our potential opponent.

We couldn't play PSG or Chelsea, which left 6 potential opponents, meaning we had six balls in our pot with our name in them. As we got drawn first, that meant the other five weren't needed.

Ok makes sense now. I didn't realise there were multiple balls for each team

I guess the rules will be fairly simple, if there's a cock-up the draw is re-run in full. Nobody can challenge it that way.
