From the YouTube video it links you to it looks like the first line of stewards at the ground will activate the ticket. You can then use it at the turnstile, it’s going to be a drag to get in

Every time you log out of the UEFA ticket app you need to enter your email address (same address you used to but the ticket) and they’ll send you a code. Check your junk emails and when this arrives put it in the app. It’ll take you to your account the app.

Thanks that worked, so I’m back in but saying no tickets associated to this email address still.

Yet in the the other app it says tickets allocated, same email address unless I’m missing something really obvious.

Don’t think you’ll be that high up, I reckon lower level starts at row 1, finishes about row 40 then your level counts from there so you’re probably row 11 second tier, should be a brilliant view from there.

Just to be clear, cos I don’t want to fuck this up, I press the transfer button and enter my lad’s email address, he then receives an email notifying him of the attempted transfer together with a registration code of his own, and he then downloads the app using his own email address, enters the reg code he’s been given, and his ticket should be there in his app?

Yeah that's right mate. For once UEFA have provided a process that's clear and easy to follow!
