I would avoid playing Palmer against Newcastle. Tough game so we need our experienced players. He would also be up against dan burn so would likely get bullied physically.
Play him against Sheff U if he is still here.

To be fair I think he could quite easily get past burn. He rinsed the Sevilla fullback who is much better and very physical. I don’t think physicality is an issue

Thats a ball retention team right there just how Pep likes it. Would love to see some speed on the wings though to open up Newcastle. Can see this being a a huge midfield battle.

Am i alone in thinking that Alvarez and Haaland dont quite fit when both playing?

I tend to agree-against Burnley it appeared to be both Foden and Alvarez running off Haaland from long balls second half. That may be a tactic in certain games.
