He's got pace, movement and the ability to beat a man. He played in pretty much every minute of every game (including cups) for the first half of the year and for a 19 year old kid that takes a lot out of you.

He may be scrapping for 5th now, but 12 months before he was a key reason why Liverpool got so close to winning the league.

He was a key player for them in the run home. Suarez did a lot of course but it is a bit ignorant to suggest no-one else did.

The hate Sterling is getting is embarrassing, especially from the England game yesterday. He was no better or worse than anyone else & in no way stood out as being the 'worst player'.

Pretty much confirms he's nailed on to come to us though. If he was joining Arsenal than the hate mob in the media would be no where near as strong.

Where was this hate mob when Liverpool were buying players from Southampton? I don't recall an outcry that the Southampton players weren't being loyal to that club.
