Surprised he got booed when played against England! Well the brain dead sheep do believe what is written in the media!

You can just see how the media will spin it. If he signs for the rags or the gooners then you have to admire the lad's ambition for making the step up and if he signs for City then he must be a mercenary and will be the new Scott Sinclair even tho we are the most successful English team in the last 4 years.

He was playing in Dublin. Don't forget that over here we're swamped with Liverpool and united supporters. Even saw a new Liverpool jersey on display in a sports shop in Grafton Street a couple of weeks ago, with Sterling's name and number on it. It's gone now for some reason...

And the Illuminati strikes again.... He's City bound and "They" don't like it.
if he was bound for Arsenal/United or staying at Liverpool he would be still hailed as the saviour of English football, the prized league possesion yet because he's signing for the Arabs - he's been shitted on by the mainstream media who have the stranglehold on those in society who are still asleep.

Welcome to MCFC Raheem :)

Spot on,but you forgot the bit about coming to us and his career stalling,if this transfer happens I fully expect the media to go into full attack mode on us,in fact when we sign anyone of note they go into full rant mode anyway....

Don't tarnish all of us with those disgusting brushes. There's a load of Irish blues, most of whom have suffered for many years and are finally enjoying ourselves.

Quite right. Just because someone chooses to completely ignore their nation's domestic league and instead seeks a bigger team in a bigger league, doesn't mean they are a glory hunter.

Now, where's my Real Madrid scarf?
