Didn't this shower get a loan of £1.7 million from Manchester City Council to build that shed in Moston?

Also they never finished off the standing areas they should have had a small stepped terrace but couldn't afford it so have put a single level standing area
 
According to wikipedia MCC approved £550,000 grant in 2012, and in addition to this agreed a loan of £500,000 towards the construction of the ground. Will the tax payers of Manchester get any of their money back?
 
All the fans who are fed up with the way it is being run (badly) should form a break away club......
