I thought that was how it wa meant...clear and obvious error. It took them 3 minutes to decide. If you can’t tell straight away then the decision stands.

With goals, it's either in or not. No matter how small the margin, it's either a goal or not. No room for subjective debate.

Offsides should be treated the same.
