The new True Detective series. Starts off intriugingly enough first 10 minutes, then fuck all happens for six episodes. Shite.
Wish they would have stopped calling them True Detective after the first series, tarnishing the legacy of the magnificent first season.

Just watched the first 2 episodes and it’s warming up nicely, episode 3 is from Friday.

I gave up half way through the first episode. Dreadful acting didn't help.
A lot of actors these days seem to sound as if they are actually reading the script like a newspaper i.e. no expression just rote.
