I see the City Xtra guys on twitter have quoted a Portuguese source who is saying that City have said that Bernardo as "non-transferable"......




 
Would anyone like to see Bernado given a bit more attacking license? I think he gets through so much donkey work that his offensive potential is sometimes overlooked. With a bit more focus I could see him getting 15+ goals per season.
 
Wham I am going to write might be sacrilege for some, but I think Foden should be ahead. Our defense is too strong and the Rodri/Kovacic tandem looks really promising that I don't feel we need Bernardo's energy as much.

Without Gundogan and KDB one year older, what we need is creativity and Foden is 10 times more threatening/creative than Bernardo.
