He will but the PL rules state: 21 or older on January 1 of the year in which that season begins.

He'll only be 20 in June so will be underage anyway.

I think he'll still be on the B list for the CL too.

I would love us to go back to buying English talent. I think Mark Hughes had the right idea just not the application. It was also nice seeing City English players making up the majority of the England team.

pep can spot the real talent in this country, players with the intelligence to play the way we will, we already have stones and sterling, we could do with a good midfielder who would fire up the lazy players, and I do think Tosin is an absolute must to bring into the team.
