Not brilliant to avoid the lower division clubs but at least we are at home.

We could even be so far ahead of The pack by then that we go full strength, rather than have to play the reserves to keep the big guns fresh. There’s no CL games in jan but we could have a Caribou Cup tie. If we go out of that cup at Leicester then there’s much more chance of a full strength team.

Good chance to fill the ground with kids and casual fans too.

That’s what it was for Wolves and it was full. Look at the last few weeks, there were more there against Wolves in the League Cup than there were for Feyenoord in the Champions League or for Southampton in the Premier League. What does that tell you about our support?

We aren’t made of money and will fill the ground if tickets are cheap. The club don’t need the money, they could sell every SeasonCard at £300 and with the TV money still be rolling in it.

Do the right thing City! Make up for the £50 SeasonCard price hike that was made purely for greed and stupidity.

Hope its a traditional Saturday 3pm FA Cup 3rd round game , the inbreds will bring a few thousand for a good atmosphere and if the club price the game correctly we will attract some of our old supporter base who find it difficult to afford £40-50 a game in the Premier League , both clubs should treat the FA Cup with respect and field their strongest teams , its still a competition well worth winning i was gutted at Wembley last season when we were robbed by the goons , so lets put that right and go all the way this time.

I think it has only been won about 3 times in the last 30 years by teams not in the current top 6. Unfortunately we obliged for one of them !
