There is a chance that John Boy will spend quite a bit of time in midfield next season and maybe as a "proper" midfielder rather than as an advanced centre back. Could he make a decent fist of this and how do you think he would compare to Declan Rice in that role.
Is there a chance that he could play as a 6 and Rodri would play further forward?

Declan Rice is a poor, blind man’s John Stones.One of the reasons why we don't really need Declan Rice
1st half as a team wasn’t the best but Stones stood out, Carried on from where he left off and was the best player on the pitch by far in the first half. Took his goal well, was defensively solid and on the ball looked composed as ever.
Gonna be a big player for us this season playing CB/Midfielder role just hope he can avoid any significant injuries.
