No, but Sanchez can say that I go only to city or I go for free in the summer. If arsenal have decided they will sell then Sanchez does hold the cards to an extent.

I don’t get this? Why would it force us to pay more? I understand the do it now bit. But surely if Sanchez only wants us then we offer what we offer and arsenal can accept or decline the offer.

When Sanchez went to Barca years ago we offered more but he refused to sign for us or anyone else so Barca got him for a lower fee.
