Hey guys, just a little fun. What all star team would you field if you
wanted to beat Barcelona. I tried to avoid picking too many players from the same team:

Pretty similar to Barca's line up only with a bit more pace. Not sure it would be a definite win but what a game it would be!

I'd have a midfield of De Jong, Van Bommel and Cattermole just to kick shit out of the every time they got the ball

You'd have that midfield on the pitch for about 15 minutes, 5 per player, before each gets sent off :p

Who would ou put in your team?

I think that team is pretty much spot on for me and would have a good chance. I dont think holding players do very well against Barca; it must be like sticking a finger in a dyke. Therefore our beloved Nigel has to make way for the card waving Xavi Alonso.

I am not too sure about the keeper either and although it pains me to say it; I would swap Robben for Little Richard from Scum.

It's still a hell of a team though; OP.

I think that team would have every chance of beating Barcelona, i know a few people would be suprised with Mario Gomez as centre forward but i believe he is the best in the world right now at what he does.
