Dear Stublu 76 , I live In Amsterdam but I’ve never found a great sports bar to watch the footy.
I sometimes go near Dam Square , there is an Irish Bar on Warmoesstraat called Durty Nelly's but being Irish it may be more red than blue tonight, on the same street is Players Bar ( not been but supposed to be good if a bit pricy for beers). If you find a decent place let me know ( but I’m in Manchester today!!)
