An old subject

I asked about this some years ago and got some great advice from here. I'm after a converter from wav, wma, ogg files, to mp3 so I can then bluetooth them to the missus' phone as it will only accept mp3 format. I seem to remember that someone pointed me in the direction of a windows media player converter, might be wrong though......Is there also one that will convert protected music files? Unfortunately I've had my laptop re formatted twice since then and have lost the info I had.
Any help greatly appreciated.
