Brtish Airways software has fallen apport again.
Apparantly it's the interface to the LIDO pilot rostering software that they use. Yeah right.
Anyway I've just seen the following staterment:
British Airways:
We're not at all sorry that our IT system has fallen apart again. We've had 5 years to resolve the problems that have occurred in 2017, 2019, Q2 2022 and now Christmas 2022 but have done nothing about it because our management is incompetent and doesn't understand IT and how vital it is to our business.
Once again our most insincere apologies.
(OK I lied, I made it up, but it is accurate.)
