Sounds like we've agreed to play another mid-season friendly, although considering how busy January is going to be for us, I'm guessing it's going to be Vieira managing an academy XI instead of the senior team?

Manchester City will take on Al Ain in the inaugural game at the Garden City club’s new stadium on January 14.
The English Premier League (EPL) side will play Al Ain in a friendly this month as part of the opening ceremony for the Arabian Gulf League (AGL) team’s Hazza bin Zayed Stadium.
Manchester City are currently second in the EPL, a point behind leaders Arsenal, while last year’s AGL champions Al Ain are in seventh place.
Al Ain police have reviewed the security plans and the number of officers and staff required to ensure the comfort and the safety of the teams, organisers and the large crowds expected to attend the match and the opening ceremony, Security media said.
Entrances and exists for both the teams and spectators have been determined in addition to parking areas around the stadium in order to ensure smooth traffic flow.
For the record, the 14th is two days after our Newcastle game and 4 days before Cardiff.
