Anyone to contact at the club?

Has been returned today. Managed to speak to someone at the club, confirmed that Peter Fletcher received the letter and has written back with the seasoncard and I even got an apology! Wasn't really anybodies fault, but she apologised for lack of response and any distress it caused.

Happy days. Villareal here we come.
