if you have an old box or you have been with sky for a long time you cant get it.

didnt know that
ive got sky multi-room(sky hd downstairs,sky+ upstairs)
cant get it upstairs, mind you the up one upstairs is 3 years old

Don't bother - it's crap anyway. It just records random things for you even if you're not subscribed to that particular channel (movies etc.)

thats bollocks, its with any sky plus package, the only but is that the box has to be installed from 2007
