Arsenal Thread - 2023/24

Random fact, Captain Black’s from Manchester.

WTF that is a brilliant piece of trivia mate.

History. Born in Manchester, United Kingdom on 17 March 2029, Conrad was orphaned at the age of seven months during the atomic war starting from 2028 and finishing at 2034, he was then raised by distant relatives. After graduating from university, he enlisted in the World Space Patrol.

Few paragraphs of Martin Samuel's article..

Sorry, Mikel Areta: It wasn’t VAR who put flapping David Raya in goal
The Arsenal manager’s unchecked emotion did not benefit his team on Saturday, and making an enemy of Premier League referees will not help going forward either..

VAR is not the reason Arsenal sit fourth this morning, but their manager Mikel Arteta just might be.

On the subject of Newcastle United’s goal — the alleged error that Arteta appears most vexed about but least able to specifically explain — VAR did everything that was asked. It checked whether the ball had gone out of play, but could find no conclusive proof of this; it checked for a foul on Gabriel, but could not find one worth highlighting; it checked for an offside in the build-up but was unable to view an angle to confirm a transgression.

Basically as bad as VAR is if after checking all incidence you cant have a manager and fans crying their eyes out because they dont like the outcome. What do the managers want want ...a veto on decisions they dont kike!! Ffs grow up Arteta. Used to quite like him. Now he comes across like ..well a bit of a dick really.

Ask Arteta. He he'll be signalling to Saka when he wants to give an impromptu team talk. - And no action will be taken even though everybody knows it will happen.
he doesnt just do it for a teamtalk either, watch how quickly an arsenal player goes down when they are under a sustained attack , he uses it to break up teams momentum as well, its a con and everyone knows it

I'm sure the dog absolutely loves not having any familiarity in its life and likely being unaware of its owner. especially so around this time of year when there's fireworks going off all the time most and dogs get startled by them and look for familiar safe places to shelter from them.
