Arsenal Thread - 2023/24

If we do go on to win the league (win all of our remaining games and it is ours, regardless of what Arsenal or Liverpool do), prepare thyselves for the endless stream of “Arsenal deserved it more”, “the true league winners were Arsenal because of their beautiful football” and “second is the new first” hot take articles.

Not just Arsenal, mate. Liverpool would probably state their case, aswell. My husband is a Pool fan and he watches The Anfield Agenda and the guy who hosts that is still talking about the goal they got ruled out against Spurs and the pen they should have had against us. Also, if you listen to that twat Mark Goldbridge he says the same thing, that if we win it by a point or two it's corrupt and shouldn't count. LOL

Typical Chelsea this season
To think we dropped points against them home and away this season.
Credit to Arsenal this season they don't look like bottle jobs.
Thankfully it's in our hands for four in a row. CTID

Do they ever mention Allison dropping the ball which should have given City the deserved win at home..or the dubious additional minutes extra time on top of extra time until Sky got the right result lol..bet they don't

Course they dont and conveniently ignore Tierney wrongly giving them the ball 6 mins in to 8 mins of stoppage time that they went forward and scored from v Forest.

Notice Arsenal had less possession at him last night to Chelsea, seems Arteta is not going for control in more important games also they scored a few goals on the break..

think our 100 point season we didn't have the control we do now and maybe it's because the players we had? I'd like us to play more like that and suck teams in then play to attack not get to half way line then pass back..
