They can't "guarantee" but i would say that the vast majority will get one. Total guess: we have about 25K on the CL scheme. This is one for the Seat Counting hierarchy. If we get 25K allocation the club would cream off a good 5K for staff and corporate.

And 25000 is the highest they have ever given to teams, in fact it was last time the final was at wembley.
20000 was too little in stanbul, it was too little last time at wembley at 25000, they could give more but don't .
