When Sagna talks about the weight thing there anecdotally, it gives some context to the Phillips drama. We obviously knew already to some degree that he is hot on it, he is strict on the weight issue, but to a lot of us it didn't seem like Phillips was carrying weight, and it could come across as harsh.

Then you hear Sagna describe it, and obviously Pep is going to see small degrees above the limit with KP just like anyone else, and crack down on him, and it goes one way with some players and another way with other players.

Those players who can fit into his disciplined regimen, whether it's about weight, or what they do in their spare time or in the locker room, or about any of the most minutiae things, those players are going to be unshakable, and more ready, more prepared than players at other clubs for season after season, game after game consistency, in body and mind.
