There was a place in Sale that did one with two fried eggs and Cajun sauce was fucking mintThere used to be a butty shop on the A6 just as you dropped into Lancaster from the south. They cooked their own roast beef and served it cold on a sub. I used to have it with a slice of lettuce and a tomato, bit of salt n pepper and it was quite possible the best roast beef butty in the world.
