that 'Saturday night fever' album has sold around 40 million copies 'worldwide' , and it looks like around half of those were sold in America apparently ...... can't see any figures on the actual UK sales for that album for some reason , will keep trying though !
The top five best selling albums in the original post are figures released in the media in the UK recently ....
