Bluetooth probems

I was in me car yesterday when me phone rang and at around the same time I recieved a message asking me if I wanted to recieve some packet data from LISA, a caller name not in my phones memory. In a flap at two things happening at once I pressed for yes and since then my bluetooth connection keeps failing and directing the phone back to audio and I couldn't find any new data on my phone.

I'm guessing I may have accidently connected with someone elses bluetoothing but does anyone know how I might sort out my connection and what might have casued it to fail ?

I've got a nokia something or other (3110 I think) and a motorola 350 headset. Or something like that.
