i normally have to ring up to get my tickets as we have kids with not enough points as us adults, but i have just tried online and it excepted it, so anyone in the same boat please try it worked for me.

Can you not see how many points your friends and family have on the new ticket webiste? I'm certain you used to be able to do it.

We want to wait until we all qualify before buying tickets but I'm the only one who uses the website, so no-one else knows their login.

I have exactly the same problem, need to know my dads points and can’t see them anywhere now, my brother and daughter seem to have vanished too.

Bought 2 tickets on-line this evening. Completely straight forward and quick, even "assigning" purchases under family and friends. Simple and efficient. Family and Friends need setting up beforehand as a new system was introduced for this season. Now for another cup final to look forward to and awinning performance from City.

Bought online this afternoon. Couldn't be easier. Log in, select your block, get presented with a seat plan where you can choose the exact seats you want. Check out, all done in less than 5 minutes. Well done city.

Yes I found it probably the easiest I have known online. The only problem I had was I had applied for the singing section but when I went to the reserved section I couldn't get on anywhere to buy it, so regrettably I gave up and bought another one.
