Sad news, and RIP. He did his bit to change music to what we listen to now, an important part of musical evolution. And a great guitar player, quality guitarists will tell you that. Another influential shaper of a generation really. A weird personality, and seemingly not a very nice bloke, but musically he is did shape things. For that he should be recognised

It is a shame all these old greats are leaving us as it reminds me of being a kid. My mum would have stuff by these old greats on whilst she did the ironing and i ran around as kids do. They remind me of when life was easy and care free :-)
