Dulux colour babe blue is one of the colours which is close to city blue,not exact but very close..

Must be nice to have another house, as for colours I'd say it depends on where it is if it's in the Lake District North Yorkshire Dales then I would definitely go for a wood stain finish at most a dark green, if it's in the South of France maybe you could get away with a more subdued blue but then again if it's on Brighton Beach sky blue would be nice and amongst all those multi coloured homes on the beach .....anyway good on you for having two houses
