City boys on target in the Nations League games

Rodri with a HUGE game, good goal, beautiful pre-assist, 96% pass accuracy with 106 passes. Ferran with a really good hattrick and the MOTM. Ruben Dias scoring two goals, including a last-minute goal to win the game. City boys doing well once again!
Watched the game. Torres was magnificent as was Rodri. Totally destroyed Germany. The prospect of Torres, Jesus, and Sterling/ Foden up front for City for the next decade is mouth-watering.

Ferran is starting to remind me of Ronaldo. His movement is so sharp and direct.

Tonight Gundogan & Kroos looked exactly like Gundogan and Rodri. It’s plain as day to see Gundogan doesn’t work in a team unless he’s a 6 surrounded by pace.

Torres looks something very special, in fact very, very special.

We could well have a serious worldie on our hands.

so glad for the lad torres last night and looking good. maybe pep and city have got somebody in the mode they been longing for and loved to work with a superstar ?

but lets not get all united and crown the lad new KING ? its something city do really well we keep grounded
yes great performance vs a good germany team but it could be just one of them nights ? the signs are looking good for torres and he has been showing some good form and in the champions league too. so lets get back to the run of the mill league football and give the lad time without the pressure of being the new KING

3 good performances outlining what very good players we have. Torres given MOM but it was Rodri who ran the show.
The amount of space in the game in comparison with the blanket 10 man defence we have to put up with every week in the PL was evident. It's starting to kill the game as a spectacle for me along with time wasting from the opening whistle and feigning injury to kill rhythm mixed in with the falling over and screaming like a pubescent girl at every contact. (Champs League especially).
Not seen the Portugal game but 2 goals for a CH is not to shabby given one was a late winner.

Ederson got a clean sheet against Uruguay in a 2-0 win, with an assist from Jesus.

I like both Rodders & Gundy - but not together. They both need a speedy creative midfielder alongside them
Complete opposite to most pairings
Where you have
Ant and Dec
Sutton and Shearer
Keegan and Toshack
Reeves and Mortimer
Sooty and Sweep
It should be
Rodri without Gundogan or vice versa
