City fans are back in love with Carlos Tevez

Really hope the Monaco rumours are true as that might be the only way we can get his wages off the books + get a transfer fee before he walks for free in June 2014. Grateful for what Carlos has done for us but it could not be any clearer that he's past his best now and is probably only going to get worse (and will probably get very fat after 30).

Carlos Tevez has no real love for this club , and I doubt if he has any genuine affection for the clubs fans either .....

he appears to think more of West Ham supporters than any others in this country ......

I suspect that , like last time , once he leaves these shores he'll hardly give this country a second thought ...... it's pretty obvious to me that his heart and head lies in Argentina , and he longs to return there.

Trouble is Tevez wants to return to Argentina when his contract's up , so is he likely to want to get himself tied into a possible lengthly contract with a club like Monaco .. or any other European club for that matter ???

It would appear that a return to Boca is what he's really after ... and the quicker the better if he has anything to do with it !

I absolutely agree. Doing that hammers sign before the match against west ham was deeply disrespectful to city and bag out of order!!.

I have been remonstrating about this for a long time. It is unfortunate as i still see him as a fantastic, impact making, game winning player - our second best player after yaya.

But it will only become well for all parties when he finally rides away into to sunset, never to return.

Do you really believe that?

I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. I reckon that's just a smokescreen, aimed at getting the sympathy vote from the fans.

He's a thick bastard with a greedy agent - He'll follow the money.

Wherever he's going to end up, I just wish he'd hurry up and stop blocking the wage bill.

Well Boca is the club he CLAIMS to want to rejoin , and i'm not so sure that's a smokescreen .... he does seem to nip back to Argentina at every opportunity , and they were the club that helped him make his name ... he DOES appear to have genuine feeling for them , but only he can say for sure.

To be honest i think he WOULD see his contract out here , taking him to around 30 years of age , but I doubt the club will then let him leave for free , and they may well attempt to flog him this summer ...... but whether they will be any European takers is another question , because i doubt whether Carlos would want to be committing himself to them for long , if at all!

He's banned from driving now too , so that's hardly likely to help his mood either ......

i've been keepin' a lookout for him on all the buses that have been coming down kingsway !
